Use limits as one layer, not the whole safety model
A timer answers “how long?” Approved channels answer “what?” Learning goals answer “what comes first?” Reports help answer “what actually happened?” These controls are strongest when used together.
Choose a limit that matches your routine
WonderKid TV does not prescribe a universal number of minutes. Family schedules, age, schoolwork, sleep, physical activity, and the kind of content being watched all matter.
Set the value deliberately, observe how it works in practice, and change it when the family routine changes.
Use different limits for different children
A younger child might have a shorter daily window while an older child has more time for longer educational videos. Separate profiles let the parent express those differences without constantly changing settings.

Combine the limit with learning goals
If you use learn-to-unlock, the daily time boundary still matters. A learning requirement determines access sequence; the watch limit determines the overall amount of viewing allowed.

Does WonderKid TV choose the right limit for my child?
No. The parent chooses the limit. The product provides the enforcement control.
